10:38 When they were on their way, he entered a certain village, and a woman by the name of Martha welcomed him into her home (ἐν δὲ τῷ πορεύεσθαι αὐτοὺς αὐτὸς εἰσῆλθεν εἰς κώμην τινά· γυνὴ δέ τις ὀνόματι Μάρθα ὑπεδέξατο αὐτόν). The hospitality offered this itinerant preacher is what Jesus says the disciples sent out on mission must accept (10:5–7).
